::: Real Time Consignment Tracking :::

Northline is able to view and report on the progress of your consignment accurately using our Real Time Freight Management System.

After a consignment note is entered into our FMS its status is continually updated, expressed in different colours identifying the current stage and location. This enables our customer service staff nationally to view on screen and report the current status of your freight using the tracking colour index.

Tracking Index:
BLACK - Consignment has been received by Northline and is in the depot waiting to be loaded and manifested.
BLUE - Consignment has been loaded and now added onto the destination manifest ready for despatch.
PURPLE - Consignment is in transit to its interstate destination.
OLIVE - Consignment has reached our interstate depot ready to be unloaded.
GREEN - Consignment has been delivered and a signed proof of delivery is now available.

Once a proof of delivery has been obtained the delivery date is keyed against the consignment, completing the transit history, enabling electronically produced transit time and performance reporting.

Individual proof of deliveries can be viewed from our image retrieval system.
