At Northline, we continue to develop our I.T. platform to provide:

• A network of communications linking all locations in real time, from online despatch entry to information retrieval
• A single fully integrated freight management system (FMS), accounting system and warehouse management system (WMS)
• Freight track and trace systems that are fully integrated across the network,
• Automated pickup booking and fleet management system linking depots with drivers through wireless communications and data ports
• Application software with the flexibility to interface with our customers including proprietary systems
• An e-commerce solution that provides automated information for the measurement, benchmarking and goal setting of service standards

Our system runs on Citrix Metaframe software over our secure national Frame Relay communications network.
