Manoeuvres ceased at 1200hrs on Friday, 26 October and loading commenced at 1400hrs. 75 trailers were loaded in 4.5hrs with another 20 trailers loaded on Saturday morning.

The total fleet of trucks despatched arrived and were unloaded by 1600hrs on Monday, 29 October as specified in the tender.

Computerised manifests were compiled to track every piece of equipment consigned and compiled ETA's for each vehicle based on departure times conforming to legal driving hours and road speed.  Trucks were checked out on departure and logged in with loads checked against manifest on arrival by Northline prior to entry to the base in Brisbane.
