Dear Customer,
We have made a minor change to the Damage Waiver claims process. The change will require that you contact your Northline Client Services officer to advise them of your claim on 1300 722 534. The Northline Client Services officer will provide you with a ‘Northline Query Number’ to include on the claim form. Note if a claim form is lodged without the query number it will delay the processing of the claim.
